Vraag: verplicht opleveren badkamer/keuken

Is men tegenwoordig verplicht tot het laten plaatsen van een badkamer en keuken.
Volgens de verkoper is het verplicht een huis met een badkamer en keuken op te leveren.
In deze tijd van duurzaam bouwen moet ik dus na opleveren de hele badkamer en keuken er uit gaan slopen en weggooien.
Ben ik verplicht op een badkamer/keuken via de bouw te nemen???

Nee inderdaad in het kader van duurzaam Bouwen is dit niet meer noodzakelijk.
De aansluitvoorzieningen moeten alleen aanwezig zijn.

Ons bedrijf bouwt woningen onder GIW-garantie, wij zijn aangesloten bij Woningborg. Het was lange tijd niet toegestaan om badkamers e.d. te laten vervallen. Sinds enige tijd is het mogelijk om een beperkt waarborgcertificaat te verkrijgen. De koper moet dan tekenen voor het feit dat er een aantal zaken zijn vervallen, voor deze onderdelen geldt dan uiteraard ook geen GIW-garantie. Bij de oplevering laten wij de koper een verklaring tekenen, deze wordt met het PvO naar Woningborg opgestuurd. Daarnaast kan niet zondermeer alles vervallen, de woning moet verplicht enkele tappunten hebben, bv daar waar de wastafel en de keuken worden geplaatst. Ander kan het verstrekken van bv een water een probleem zijn.
